Firebase (Mobile app): We use Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics provided by Google, Inc. of the United States ("Google") and certain functionalities such as Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Performance Monitoring, Firebase Dynamic Links, Firebase Authentication, etc. These tools and technologies collect and analyze certain types of information, such as feature usage metrics and statistics, usage history, unique device identifiers and other similar information. Contact information: We may access some personal information about the user, such as name and email address, when the user or any third party communicates with us through our contact information. Personal information provided through our contact information is not stored on any ToGather server and will be stored on the respective server of our email service.
Personal data provided by users through the platform will be retained for the time necessary to provide the functionalities available on the platform, fulfill the legitimate purposes described in this policy or until the user closes the user account or requests the deletion of their data. ToGather may retain personal data for a longer period provided that the user has consented to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. In addition, ToGather may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period provided that this is required for compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. Once the retention period has expired, the personal data will be deleted. Some of these functions and services include: building and hosting the platform, sending emails and performing tracking and analytics functions on the platform (Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics) and calendar functions (Google Calendar).

Push Notifications: The platform uses push notifications to keep our users informed about events in real time. You can manage your notification preferences at any time through your account or mobile device settings, having the option to enable or disable these notifications based on your preference.

Marketing: By using our services and platform, you consent to the use of your personal information, including name and email address, for the sole purpose of receiving communications about our platform. ToGather respects your privacy and does not share this information with unauthorized third parties.
